ADA Audit Report provides automated website accessibility auditing services. Our services include:

• Scanning publicly accessible web pages for WCAG 2.1 accessibility violations.
• Generating detailed compliance reports identifying specific violations, their severity, and remediation guidance.
• Delivering reports via secure, token-gated download links after purchase.

2. Nature of Our Service

We are a technology company, not a law firm. Our reports are technical assessments of website accessibility based on WCAG 2.1 guidelines. They are not legal advice and should not be construed as such.

Our audits are automated scans of publicly accessible web pages. While we strive for accuracy, automated tools may not catch every accessibility issue. Our reports are intended to help you identify and fix common violations, not to serve as a comprehensive legal compliance certification.

We recommend consulting with a qualified attorney if you have specific legal questions about ADA compliance obligations.

3. Website Scanning

We scan publicly accessible web pages to identify accessibility violations. By "publicly accessible," we mean pages that are available to any visitor without authentication. We do not:

• Access password-protected or restricted areas of websites.
• Attempt to bypass security measures or access controls.
• Perform any action that would disrupt or damage website operations.
• Collect personal data from the websites we scan beyond what is necessary for the audit.

Our scanning tools respect robots.txt directives and standard web crawling conventions.

4. Email Communications

We may send email notifications to businesses whose websites we have audited to inform them of accessibility issues. These communications:

• Are sent to publicly available business contact email addresses.
• Are informational in nature — they are not threats, demands, or legal notices.
• Comply with the CAN-SPAM Act, including accurate header information, a clear identification of the message as an advertisement, our physical mailing address, and a clear opt-out mechanism.
• Include a one-click unsubscribe link. Opt-out requests are honored promptly.

5. Purchases and Payments

Pricing

The current price for an individual website audit report is $49.00 USD. Prices are subject to change, but any price in effect at the time of purchase will be honored.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Report Delivery

After successful payment, you will receive a secure download link for your report. Download links are:

• Valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Limited to 5 downloads per purchase.
• Unique to your purchase and should not be shared.

Refund Policy

Because our reports are digital products generated specifically for your website, all sales are generally final. However, if you believe your report contains material errors or was not delivered properly, please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue, which may include issuing a refund at our discretion.

6. Accuracy and Limitations

Our audits use industry-standard automated testing tools (including axe-core) to identify accessibility violations. You acknowledge that:

• Automated scanning can identify many but not all accessibility issues. Some violations require manual testing to detect.
• Website content may change between the time we scan your site and the time you purchase or review a report.
• Our compliance scores are based on the violations detected at the time of scanning and are not a guarantee of legal compliance or non-compliance.
• We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that reports are error-free.

7. Intellectual Property

The content, design, and code of adaauditreport.com are owned by ADA Audit Report. Purchased reports are licensed for your internal business use. You may share reports with your development team, management, or legal counsel. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly publish our reports.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use our reports to threaten or extort website owners.
• Misrepresent our reports as legal opinions or official certifications.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt our services.
• Use automated tools to scrape or reproduce our website content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ADA Audit Report shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on our reports. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report at issue.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ADA Audit Report from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our reports or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Severability
